Enough of you already. So at this point Ben has dodged another legal bullet. And perhaps he is innocent of sexual assault. But he is not innocent of being stupid and an embarrassment to the Pittsburgh Steelers and the NFL. Truth is if he were not a QB he too would be out the door!
Frankly he should sit a game on behalf of the NFL conduct rules. Although that is a bit tricky. I hear many pontificating over this and how he should be held to a higher standard. But the fact is others were at least arrested. Take Pac-Man. Not found guilty of any specific crime but he was arrested a few times. And the same with others. I cannot think of anyone being suspended just for embarrassing conduct that involved morality only. Not just being charged but being arrested.
Sad part about all this? I don’t care about any of this when they are playing. Wow, what does that say about me?
